Lay down some general outlines guiding principals but one thing we don't need is
 the ten commandments on how to be accepted into a movement that claims to be fr
ee from any order of hierarchy. So why not let this be a place to relax and make
 life seem a little less mundane. Leave room for improvement! Diversity! If we b
uild up walls to surround ourselves and keep on preaching to the converted soon 
this movement will be deserted, there will be no one left to read the statements
. I'm not saying this is only entertainment, but how do you expect to reach out 
to people with a different point of view, or expose unaware kids to something ne
w if they don't feel welcome 'cause they don't agree with everything you say and
 do? Lets not make this an exclusive club for the self-proclaimed eminent few.
